Order and delivery policy: All pieces are prepared to order. If an order cannot be fulfilled or an agreed size/material is unavailable, the store may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Inside Doha: delivery is typically 3-9 days depending on order volume, with a QAR 20 delivery fee. Outside Doha within Qatar: delivery is typically 3-7 business days, with a QAR 40 delivery fee. Delivery is free within Qatar for orders above QAR 1,300.

Shipping is available to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. If no fixed GCC shipping fee is enabled, shipping is confirmed with the customer according to destination and order.

Qatar delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the selected delivery zone.
