الشروط والأحكام: مقدم الخدمة هو «أونلي ثري لأزياء النسائية» في دولة قطر، والمتجر الإلكتروني المرخص هو only3womensfashion.qa. بيانات الترخيص والسجل ووسائل التواصل والجهة المرخصة متاحة دائمًا في صفحة «بيانات المنشأة والترخيص».
خطوات الطلب: تختارين المنتج وخيارات التفصيل، ثم تضيفينه إلى الحقيبة، وتراجعين المنتجات والكميات، ثم تدخلين منطقة وعنوان التوصيل، وتختارين طريقة الدفع، وتراجعين الإجمالي وسياسات الشحن والاستبدال والخصوصية والشكاوى، ثم توافقين عليها قبل إرسال الطلب. يمكنكِ الرجوع وتعديل الحقيبة أو البيانات قبل الإرسال.
الأسعار المعروضة بالريال القطري، وتظهر رسوم التوصيل بصورة منفصلة بحسب المنطقة قبل الإرسال عندما تكون محددة. يعيد الخادم التحقق من السعر والإجمالي عند إنشاء الطلب، وإذا تغير المبلغ يلزم تأكيده مجددًا. السعر والعرض المعتمدان هما الظاهران عند إرسال الطلب بنجاح.
جميع القطع تُفصّل حسب الطلب. مواعيد ورسوم التوصيل مبينة في سياسة الشحن. وإذا طرأ تأخير جوهري أو تعذر التنفيذ، يتواصل المتجر مع العميلة وفق القوانين المعمول بها.
بعد إرسال الطلب بنجاح تظهر فورًا صفحة تأكيد تتضمن رقم الطلب وتاريخه والمنتجات والكميات والأسعار والتوصيل والدفع. يمكن طباعتها كتأكيد طلب. لا يحل تأكيد الطلب محل الفاتورة النظامية باللغة العربية التي يصدرها المتجر وفق المتطلبات المعمول بها، ويمكن استرجاع الطلب لاحقًا برقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف. يحتفظ المتجر بسجل الطلب بالقدر اللازم للتنفيذ وخدمة العميلة والأمن والالتزامات النظامية.
بالنسبة للإلغاء أو الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، تطبق سياسة الطلب والاستبدال المنشورة، ولا تنتقص هذه الشروط من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك في دولة قطر، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة أو غير المطابقة.
يمكن تقديم شكوى والحصول على رقم مرجعي ومتابعتها من صفحة «الشكاوى وحماية المستهلك».

Terms and conditions: The service provider is Only Three for Women Fashion in the State of Qatar and the licensed e-commerce site is only3womensfashion.qa. License, registration, contact and licensing-authority information is continuously available on the Business & License page.
Ordering steps: select the product and made-to-order options, add it to the cart, review products and quantities, enter delivery details, choose a payment method, review the total and the delivery, return, privacy and complaint policies, then accept them before submitting. The cart and form can be corrected before submission.
Prices are shown in Qatari Riyals. Delivery charges are shown separately when determined. The server revalidates the price and total when the order is created and requires renewed confirmation if the amount changes.
After successful submission, an order-confirmation page is immediately available with the order number, date, items, quantities, prices, delivery and payment information. It can be printed as an order confirmation. It does not replace the statutory Arabic invoice that the store must issue in accordance with applicable requirements. The order can later be recovered using the order number and phone number. Order records are retained only as necessary for fulfilment, support, security and legal obligations.
The published order/exchange policy applies to cancellations and returns, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under Qatari law, including rights for defective or non-conforming goods. Complaints can be submitted and tracked on the Complaints & Consumer Protection page.
